Heavy Row in a Row

Exercise:     Seated Row on Hammer Strength Machine
                    2 arm row overhand + 1 arm row inside

Time:            1 minute break between each.

Reps:            30 total needed, 10 consecutive for each.
                    10 in a row - overhand row (2arms)
                    10 in a row - inside grip 1 arm row r+l
                    Scored by total number reps.

example:     25 overhand in a row, 
                    25 inside grip with right arm,
                    25 inside grip with left arm
                 = 75 total

Weight:       180lb - (2) 45lb plates on either side
