Burnt Buns

Exercise:  1 foot leg press, 1 leg hamstring curls, leg extensions

Weight:   Leg press:  70lb
 Hamstring curls:  15lb (base)
 leg extensions: 1leg-30lb, 2legs-70lb
 
               

Reps:      100 needed per leg. Over the span of the 
three exercises (100 total, not per exercise).

Time:      minutes Total.
              minutes per exercise. 
              If complete within 6 minutes then you can 
              Use remainder of 6 minutes to achieve 
as many repetitions of leg extensions as possible.
